Writer, Me, Myself and I (2006 South Texas Contest Winner)

Before winning the 2006 South Texas contest with the script for Me, Myself and I, Caroline Boon was first runner-up in the 2003 contest; interned on the set of the Scenarios USA film Toothpaste. Caroline sees writing as a powerful tool for young people to unlock their feelings about their sexuality and even to heal negative experiences.

Caroline graduated from Lopez High School in Brownsville, TX in May 2007. Having been heavily involved in high school and community theatre, Caroline is considering colleges with strong theatre departments to pursue a directing career.
