Stacy Weibley, MPA, has performed in a variety of capacities in the field of sexual and reproductive health, ranging from state policy advocacy for comprehensive sexuality education and direct service work with pregnant adolescents to the development of international survey instruments. Ms. Weibley is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Health, with a concentration in women's health, from Johns Hopkins University. Finally, she consults with various non-profit organizations and writes on a diversity issues that are salient for public and private organizations as well as women of all ages.
