Scenarios USA Shoots Final Film from 2006 Contest

Scenarios USA is thrilled to announce the completion of its final film from the 2006 “What’s the REAL DEAL?” writing contest!

South Texas winner Caroline Boon and director Eva Vives (Raising Victor Vargas) shot Me, Myself and I in Caroline’s hometown of Brownsville, TX in early March. Me, Myself and I deals with peer pressure, promiscuity, and self confidence through the eyes of a high school girl who learns to make choices for herself regardless of what others think.

Caroline has been involved with Scenarios USA for several years as a runner-up in the 2004 Writing Contest, an intern on the set of the 2004 Scenarios film Toothpaste, and as a member of the Scenarios USA Speakers Bureau. Several members of the professional film crew made the six-hour drive down from Austin, to work on the set, including cinematographer Lee Daniel (Fast Food Nation, Before Sunset) and gaffer Tom Shinn (Grindhouse, The Return). The shoot also attracted dozens of local Brownsville high school students — including the Lopez High School cheerleading squad — who worked as interns and extras on the set. Caroline was even interviewed on set by the Brownsville Herald. Me, Myself and I is currently in post-production.

Me, Myself and I will also premiere on June 12th alongside Reflections, The Choices We Make and Who I Am at the 2007 REAL DEAL Film Premiere.

Me, Myself and I will be available for purchase by the end of June.
